We’re one big, happy family.
We’re a family run, family owned business. In fact, we named Arkana after a farm that’s been in the family since the 1930s. Why name a modern business after an old farm? Because that farm symbolised what we wanted our business to be: a happy place built on fairness, integrity and hard work. It may sound a little corny, but these values still run through the company today. You certainly won’t find any dishonest cowboys at Arkana – we can smell ‘em coming a mile away.

While we might be a family business, we’re no country bumpkins. In fact, we’ve also been recognised as one of Australia’s largest installers of solar by Sunwiz. So, you get the integrity and personal attention you’d expect from a family business, with all the benefits and economies of scale that come from a big business. Win win.

Did you know some solar companies are just sales and marketing teams who subcontract the actual solar installation work? Not us. We’re solar-obsessed electricians and engineers who know solar inside and out. It’s just one of the reasons more than 5000 customers love our work (and leave such glowing reviews). Then again, maybe it’s just our positive energy rubbing off on them?

I was worried about cabling and conduits but the team were amazing. A few issues were resovled and am happy with how it has all turned out. Lee from North West Electronics was the installer and did a ripper job - total pro - wanted me to love the way it all looked. Legendary effort

Luke Dunstone, Cooper and Luke arrived in the morning when they said they would be there, kept us informed of progress during the day, were very polite, assisted with setting up the app, and left the worksite very neat and clean. Couldn't be happier. A very pleasant experience with professional installers.

Don’t use Arkana they will rip you of rude staff etc I went for full system 9.6 klm and battery 9.6 klw I pulled out after paying a 7000 dollar deposit for a 29,000 dollar system I don’t some quick research found out they where charging me 14.443 dollars for a sun grow battery 9.6 klw from a nother retailer same battery same size 9000 dollars 5000 dollar difference I made a big mistake buy paying a deposit I spoke to manager rude as didn’t want to work anything out with me just wanted deposit back they had done no work at all I offered to give manager 700 dollars for any inconvenience I may have caused him and ask him to give me 6300 back of my 7000 dollar deposit he wanted 10% of 24,443 what a pig of a man they ended up taking 2000 dollars of my 7000 dollar deposit and had to chance them day in day out to get the 5000 back it’s a joke be warned thank you please do your research they are as bad as it gets
