Excellent team that installed, Amazing Solar absolutely communicated each step of the way. Cannot fault Amazing or the installation team. 10 years on the Inverter and 25 on the panels. Replaced a 15 year and a 13-year 1kw and 4 kw still working systems but did so after working out that the new systems by Amazing Solar made economic sense and will pay for themselves in 3 years. This was a no brainer. I chose Amazing Solar due to all reviews put together and they quickly went to a great price difference on two quotes. Others rang me to price beat on the identical systems, but they had first opportunity, and I did not want to muck around. For the price Amazing Solar removed both previous systems one of which was a German inverter and high-quality panels which were still very much working. I can sell both systems for several hundred. Someone out there will use them on a small on grid farm etc. Highly professional installation who worked hard in Brisbane's heat. Thanks Fella's

I can confidently recommend Amazing Solar (Especially Harry R) to sort you solar installation! Approaching the solar installation can be a bit daunting. But, I went all in to study up on what I wanted. Then, changed my mind, then added more panels, then changed my mind swapping between Top Spec Inverter to good enough etc. etc. This would have been a pain for Harry , from Amazing Solar, but he was with me every step of the way, with quick comms and was always ready to make sure I could make what I wanted work. Shop around... 100%, but definitely see if these guys will match and be comfortable knowing that the instal will be quick/smooth. After 2 years of installing a solar system in my house, all good except we have a roof leaking problem. We go back to the company website, filled up and submits the form. This company is true to its name "Amazing Solar". I have been trying to get the solar system installed but unfortunately no one came forward with the answers to my questions. Hi fellow solar consumers. Please read through this whole experience I have gone through, and I can help just one person. I was getting several solar quotes and came across amazing solar solutions. I gave them a ring and they basically gave me a quote within 30 minutes. They had not seen my house, where the inverter was going to be installed etc. etc. I started dealing with a salesman by the name of Shaun. He was very pleasant to deal with at the start but as I started to ask more questions, I could hear his tone in his voice start to change. All he was interested in was me signing the contract and would do anything to get the sale. After I sent him some photos of where I would like the inverter installed, I received a phone call from Shaun's supervisor Bob. Bob advised me that he had spoken to the electrical installers and that they advised him that I would need a weatherproof cover to place the inverter in, inside my garage. When I queried it as to why we would need a weatherproof cover inside my garage he advised me that's what his installers wanted. When I asked Bob the price it was going to cost another $200.00. I advised Bob that there was no logic in having a weatherproof cover inside my garage as it does not rain inside my garage or get wet. He said that's what it is. I then asked Shaun a couple of days later for the model number of this weatherproof cover and he said he will get back to me. A day later Shaun tells me to go to Bunnings and by a weather panel. I asked him why as he had just told me about the weatherproof cover. This kept on going for over a week. At the end I finally got it out of him that all he required was a piece of wood to bolt the inverter to. I could not believe the lies and how they could try and rip people off the way that they tried. They sent me several contracts to sign and were crazy pushy. I told them that I would read my contract as I wanted to make sure everything was correct. They were so pushy that they even said they would stay on the phone as they needed the sale badly to keep their KPI up. They honestly do not give a damn about people. All they want is a sale and will lie and do anything to get you to sign that contract. I have since found another installer through this website and he is amazing. He was very honest, came out to my house and talked through the whole process. I just hope this helps one person and please don't let these con artists pressure you into anything.

The experience with Amazing Solar did not go all that well as planned. There were issues with the App connection and still struggling to get the grid connection due to an administrative issue. But Harry will be working to rectify the situation. We hope they learn from this experience and fine tune their processes and admin hicups. Everyone deserves a second chance and we wish them well.

Amazing Solar and its representative Harry is only interested in getting a sale and signing off people. After that there is no support. They just keep on naming other's names and passing the ball when an issue crops up without that been resolved. When we signed in, Harry said he will be the point person and we only need to deal with him and he will take care of everything. After signing on for two months basic issues are not resolved. The phone app configuration is not working after multiple times of trying. Grid application has been messed up by Amazing Solar providing our energy provider Lumo Energy with a wrong address for our property. This wrong address was provided wrong not once but twice in the space of 6 weeks. This resulted in now the Lumo energy taking 4 to 6 weeks more for the grid connection. Upon calling and inquiring from Lumo Energy they have never received any documentation from Amazing Solar to get the grid connection done. This is shocking. I recommended Amazing solar to my Son in law who contacted them to install solar onto their property. They then nominated a day for the installation and postponed the date to another. But the installation team arrived at their property on the original date without notice to the inconvenience of that family who were not prepared for that job that day. The co-ordination between the various teams at Amazing Solar has been terrible and they always pass the ball onto one team or the other without any person taking ownership to resolve any customer issue. Harry and Amazing Solar are a terrible company to deal with. I will not be recommending them to anyone I know.

Had an inverter die and while arranging a warranty replacement decided to add more panels. Patrick, my sales person, talked me through the options. Optimised the placements of the new panels on the remaing roof space. Sent emails with layout changes. The installers arrived promptly on the day arranged and talked me through the process and impactst hat I may experience and where the new invertor could be best placed. Finished on the same day and left the site clean.

Very helpful prior to sale then have been bad since.Had to pester for install date, and then when cancelled due to weather, they couldn't give me new date. Eventually they rang day before and said coming tomorrow. Location of panels changed significantly on the day. They said had to run conduit in the house, which was not told about even though had provided photos. Months after installation, they forgot claiming government rebate, and when I told them it had expired, they asked me to get it extended for them. System has stopped working properly and have been waiting 5 working days for reply and still no response.

Writing this review after waiting for solar inspector's visit to cover end-to-end engagement with Amazing Solar. 1. Excellent Pre-sales support from Patrick making us understand the product, various options and the best option based on energy usage. 2. Good price offering with honest upfront mention of additional costs during initial offer (if any) and further checking photos of switchboard to confirm no additional costs were required in our case. 3. Excellent turn-around time from Patrick and other team members for responding to all our smallest queries. 4. Excellent turnaround time for arranging the solar panel and inverter installation. (2 days in our case) 5. Excellent choice of subcontractors to carefully and aptly install the panels and inverter. Till now everything has been done on schedule including arranging the solar inspector visit which took around 2 weeks in our case (the inspection is independent of the solar retailer) and I am sure Amazing Solar will ensure my energy retailer is timely advised on configuring the electric meter for FIT.

Amazing Solar has been fantastic from the start to the end. Peter from sales has been really helpful in getting a good system planned for me and my requirements. Prices are competitive. He is very on point with follow ups. For me personally, it could be toned down a little. The installers, Shuki and his co-worker were good. There was a small mistake made on the switchboard that resulted in a blown fuse but was quickly rectified professionally. This led to a swift approval from the inspector. After support was good too. I believe getting connected to the grid can be improved. It's taking a while. But overall, I would recommend Amazing Solar!

While Amazing Solar were pleasant enough to deal with during the sales process (thanks Kelvin), their installer placed a 20kW inverter _inside_ my workshop, rather than outside as directed on the quote. When under load, this inverter emits over 60dB of noise, rendering my workshop basically uninhabitable for focussed work. Amazing Solar have been very evasive about this, repeatedly ignoring multiple emails (over many months), and attempting to evade their responsibilities under consumer law ("fit for purpose" in particular); before finally agreeing to move the inverter outside for $400, which was promptly paid. Now after ignoring emails again for weeks, they say "that was the wrong price, it's now $850). BEWARE - once they have your money, they basically start ignoring you. (Other than that, the quality of the products, and the installation was good - and I wouldn't have any complaints)

Amazing Solar installed a second solar system for us a month ago, coupling two Fronius inverters together to provide consolidated reporting through the App.Many thanks to Kelvin & the team. Price was good and the installers turned up when they were supposed to, breaking only two tiles! We are very happy with the outcome. Next comes the battery!

Circuit breaker kept tripping every morning or every second morning following installation. Contacted amazingsolar about it after finding it was too frequent and they fixed it the next day by replacing the circuit breaker with a non-safety switch type. I was initially cautious with the solar retailer that I was to choose and did my research prior to engaging. Amazing Solar have been a pleasure to deal with. Ronan and Patrick were very informative from start to finish and their installer was very meticulous when planning the installation. So much so that the inspector who signed off on the instal praised their workmanship.

Mostly a good experience. Installation was on time and quick but panels not placed as in pre-photo, and optimisers not placed as expected. It took 1 month for an initial mistake on installation (battery wasn't discharging) to be fixed. Post installation followup was minimal. Now all seems to be good.
