GJS installs 20kW Solar PV System

Headquartered in Revesby, NSW, GJS is a leading provider of solutions and services for the textile, promotional products, custom photo gift, sign and display industries using their extensive range of print solutions.

Having a 20kW Solar PV system enables GJS to tackle their daytime electricity load. The 20kW Solar PV System will generate approximately 27,000 kWh each year and offset up to 60% of their energy usage during summer months.

Solar Choice helped GJS understand the potential of their roof to manage their electricity costs and managed a tender for the installation across a number of local commercial solar installers, with proven experience with similar projects.

The system uses a Solaredge Inverter and Trina Mono PERC Solar Panels and during its lifetime will prevent 464 tonnes of carbon emissions during its 25 year lifetime.
