Australian Wildflowers Installs 55kW of Solar

Australian Wildflowers 55kW solar project

Australian Flower Investment Company is a leader in growing, picking, bunching and packaging Australian wildflowers which are sold across Australia.

In May 2021 Jo Gardner, Managing Director, approached Solar Choice to understand what options the business had to tackle rising energy prices and lower the carbon footprint of their operations.

Solar Choice recommended the optimal system size across 2 sites totalling 55kW, which is saving over $25,000 per year in electricity costs and will save 363,000 kg of CO2 emissions during the next 20 years.

The installed solar systems features Trina Solar panels and Goodwe inverters and was installed by a local solar company who won the Solar Choice tender.
